Am I right for a career in Baking/Pastry Arts? 6 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0  
I do not love eating food,but I do enjoy designing it. Is it smart to pursue a career in Baking and Pastry Arts if I am drawn more to the design aspect of this profession? I'm also concerned about diet and health and do not relish the thought of having to sample food constantly throughout my workday.

To be honest I don't know whe you would even consider it.

Look into Food Styling or Photography, no eating, just making food look good to eat and capturing the image.
