Understand, Iron Chef is TV. That's a whole different thing. It's better to be entertaining than knowledgeable.

You could be both, knowledgeable and enetertaining and spread knowledege through TV and get a few bucks in your pocket...

I would like to taste the food and go yum I like that or that sucks, but thats about the extent of my critical comments. I could do "I like that more", but if I tasted it again I'ld probally change my mind.

Nice! yes to be treated like a king served so special dishes, sounds really fun...
How wabout as chef as a contestant to be an iron chef??
That would also be an interesting experience!
