I guess what I'm asking should list include anything that has egg in it. Such as pancakes, waffles, cake as has been suggested?

If possible I’d like to have each to be a unique product as opposed to just different ingredients. Even though pancakes and waffles can be made with the same batter because of the cooking method they are different products. Also for “raft for consume” would that be considered as a way to cook eggs is arguable since the egg product is discarded? (Unless you believe the horror stories of French chefs that feed the kitchen staff raft for family meal)

If it was just an ingredient thing you could make 100 different omelets with just a few ingredients so it would be meaningless.

I don’t know enough about baking but I’d bet there are enough different types of breads, cakes, frostings, custards etc that all are unique, to fill the list with truly different products.
