We are in the process of moving all of the old content over and implementing several exciting new features. EOL is shifting from being a site just for Food Professionals to one that provides a Culinary Community bringing Food Pros, Culinary and Hospitality Students and Foodies together. In the past there was really no reason to register but now we strongly recommend it so you can enjoy all of our new features. A couple of them are the ability to post your own blog to share your Culinary related experiences, submit content related to the Culinary Arts and suggest Web Links you think all would benefit from.
