How to Fillet Monk Fish ( marulk,angel fish)Video

Monkfish ie one of the ugliest fish out there but also in my opinion on of the tastiest with a really great texture.  It's very close to the texture of lobster tail at a small percentage of the price.  This video makes illeting it easy.
