How to make Fresh Pasta Video. This is a very good video for making fresh pasta using a Kitchen Aid Mixer.
The hand crank ones do the same thing only you bolt then to a counter edge and crank with one hand while guiding the dought with the other. It is nice having both hands free to manipulate the pasta. One note not mentioned in the video is the the dough is ready for cutting when it feels like smooth like vinal.
